Do you offer free roof inspections?
Yes — always free, no obligation. We'll climb up, take photos, and give you an honest assessment even if you're not ready to replace yet.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully licensed in Michigan with general liability and workers' comp insurance. We're happy to provide certificates on request.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential jobs take 1–2 days. Larger homes or complex tear-offs may take 3 days. We never leave your home exposed overnight.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Macomb County including Sterling Heights, Warren, Shelby Township, Clinton Township, Utica, Rochester Hills, and surrounding communities.
What warranties do you offer?
10-year workmanship warranty on every install, plus manufacturer warranties up to 50 years on qualifying GAF shingle systems.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. We document storm damage, provide itemized estimates, and can meet with your adjuster on-site to ensure nothing is missed.
